Best Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop
If you're looking to tidy up messes quickly then a robot vacuum and mop is the way to go. The best robot vacs and mops that I have tested come with top-quality mapping and navigation, picking up Cheerios, tangled wires and fake dog turds, without leaving them behind.
You can also schedule cleaning chores through an app and monitor their progress.
1. Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra
If you're looking for the best robot vacuum and mop combination with bleeding-edge features, take a look at the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra. This top-of-the-line model is fast and nimble, picking up debris like hair from pets and human hair with a near perfect accuracy in our Debris Pickup Test. It also has a smart-looking interface that includes a mini map of your home and a few on-screen buttons for manual control.
The S8's Dirt Detection Technology allows it to adjust the cleaning mode according to dirt levels. It will pause and clean its mopping pad more frequently when it comes across dust, while it will prioritize carpeted areas to mop with a damp pad.
The mop's roller has a number of other smart features, including docks that connects to your home plumbing system to wash and clean it without you needing to refill the mop. You can even make use of voice commands using the built-in voice assistant, saying "Hey Rocky" to specify room cleaning, modes, and granular controls using just your voice.

2. Yeedi Cube
The Yeedi Cube offers a variety of options for those looking for a hands free robot vacuum with mopping capabilities. It's one of many combination robot vacuums that have mops that are also priced lower than the competition.
Like many robovacs Yeedi Cube requires a little bit of work to get started, including setting up an account on the app of the manufacturer and connecting it to your WiFi network. Once you've done that, the robot will begin to vacuum and mop effortlessly.
It is important to remember that the mapping process could take a while and the Yeedi Cube may need a few attempts before it has a good picture of your living space. The object detection is also not perfect. It was able to maneuver around furniture and other obstacles, however, it got stuck on a looser rug with tassels that it had to flip over to free itself. These are minor issues and the Yeedi Cube remains a great choice for those who need a cleaning companion that does everything.
3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete
The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete provides a three-in-one cleaning solution. Its advanced mopping uses the rotation of the motion, which is similar to hand scrubbing. This results in floors being cleaned and not just being swept. The detachable vacuum stick is an innovative tool that can get to places robot vacuums cannot.
This model is basically the same as the popular X2 Omni, but with a slightly higher suction power of 8700Pa, and a few additional smart features. The RGBD sensor upgrade is able to learn your home and offer dynamic obstacles avoidance. The app's smart features allow you to modify a range of settings, including AI cleanings and virtual boundaries.
The X2 Combo also has self-preparation. Both the mop and vacuum robot return to their charging base at the end of each job to clean their pads and empty the dust bins and place debris in the self-sealing bag. This keeps the system tidy and prevents allergens recirculating. The battery's life is enough to clean large areas without requiring an additional charge during cleaning.
4. Eufy S1 Pro
As one of the more expensive robot vacuum and mop models that are available, the Eufy S1 Pro offers impressive features for the price. It comes with a powerful 8,000 Pa suction power and a rotating brush that is ideal for hard floors and carpets and an excellent obstacle-avoiding. It also has a unique mopping system, which utilizes a continuous roller filled with water to pick up dirt and deposit it in the water that is dirty tank.
Its navigation system was efficient. It stayed clear of steps and walked close to walls without falling. It was unable to handle small particles and did not always clear the raised thresholds in rooms. Its operating noise level is also quite high, so this model might not be as simple to set and forget as the other models.
The S1 Pro, like most robotic vacuums, is equipped with a docking system that allows it to replenish its clean water tank, empty the dust bin, dry and wash the mop, and empty its mop pad. This makes maintenance easier and allows the S1 Pro spend more time cleaning floors according to a regular schedule. Eufy's app lets you manage all of its functions. It provides clear information and plenty of options for configuration.
5. Freo X Ultra
The Freo X Ultra robot vacuum/mower is one of the best vacuums/mowers on the market. It provides impressive vacuuming and mopping results. Its LIDAR mapping sensor can recognize furniture legs and other obstacles with good precision. The application lets users fine-tune the map coverage, create zones that are not allowed to enter, and set cleaning preferences. The main roller brush is also engineered to prevent hair from wrapping around it, which is an issue for many robotic vacuums.
robot vacuum hoover is impressive too and comes with Reuleaux triangular mop heads that spin at 180 RPM and exert up to 12N of downward pressure. cheap robot vacuum cleaner mopping system also includes smart carpet detection, lifting these pads upwards when they're close to soft surfaces to avoid contaminating the carpet.
The docking station functions as a hands-free maintenance centre that automatically washes and dries the mops and refills them with detergent and distillate water. The base station also comes with integrated dust processing that compacts dust for seven weeks of maintenance-free operation, unlike traditional robot vacuums that empty their dust bins each time they have to be empty.
6. S10
This robot is only a few hundred dollars more expensive than the S8 and does a great job of keeping my office clean. It is also able to reach into the corners of my tiny apartment. It uses a laser mapping and camera to create a 3D map of your home so it can know what to stay clear of. It has an object/obstacle detector that can block things like dog bowls and toys (but not Poop) unlike most vacuums.
Other amazing features include a self-emptying dustbin and a mop that is self-washing, adjustable for water temperature, and a side-reaching mops that can reach areas that other mops miss. You can also adjust the settings for each room and set up cleaning schedules.
Like the S8 It also has multi-room smart mapping and can distinguish between carpets, laminate and hardwood flooring with high-pile rugs. It also lets you skip mopping rooms that are not dirty if you're looking to save time. It's a great choice when you have a mix of flooring in your home but aren't looking to spend the extra money on a Roborock with advanced mapping features.
7. Q5 Pro
If you're looking for a flexible robot vacuum and mop that is able to manage regular maintenance and touch-ups on messy messes that are wet, this robot is an excellent choice. It has a wide range of features like the ability to empty the dustbin on its own as well as a separate water refill dock, and customizable settings in the app. It's surprisingly quiet and is able to easily move around furniture legs or socks. It's not able to pick up tangled rug tassels and its battery drains a little faster than other models in our tests.
With a cost of less than $250 and less than $250, the Q5 Pro is a bargain-friendly device that packs powerful suction and useful automation into a slick design. It wasn't as efficient as the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra in our tests for vacuuming, but overall it did quite well. It has a variety of cleaning options, ranging from the low-power 'Quiet mode for light debris to the more powerful 'Turbo mode' for carpeted areas. It even has the ability to automatically remove and reattach its mop pads without getting your carpets wet.
8. K10 Plus
The K10 Plus is an excellent robot vacuum and mop that can be used in smaller spaces. It's silent and fast, and it can navigate tight spaces efficiently. It also does a very excellent job of pulling pet hair off carpeting.
It's smaller than many of its competitors however it doesn't sacrifice any features. It has a decent amount of suction power, and it is able to take a picture of any object it finds (i.e. chew toys,, socks) and mark them as 'not found in the app, so that they aren't picked up during future cleanings. The photos are secure and aren't tied to your account.
It's great at vacuuming, but not so good in mopping. It makes use of disposable wipes that are clipped onto the bot's bottom, and then drags them across your floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra and Narwhal, which have water reservoirs that can automatically wash and reattach their mopheads.
